Caring for the environment has always been a part of my core and appreciating it in the outdoors is one of my favorite things. So at Bellingham Green Drinks, when I heard Sarah Grainger’s 30-second pitch about her new tourism company, Fiddlehead Tours and Adventures, I knew I had to write about her and her business. She called it “Holistic Commodity Tourism.” Its a technical term for a way we could all look at every day life, or a a vacation, or both. Its a kind of tourism that considers the big picture, treading lightly, and leaving no trace. I was delighted to write about her for WhatcomTalk.com. Not only is she a savvy business person, she knows how to have fun too. Go check out her vision and be inspired.
